– The writing of an abstract in English for subjects written in Arabic and in Arabic for subjects written in English. In addition an introduction to the subject must also be included.
– The inclusion of a research problem as well as proposals for solutions.
– Inclusion of a literature review.
– The inclusion of systematic and technical steps for scientific research and the ways by which results can be obtained.
– The writing of conclusions and recommendations related to the research.
– The journal accepts the abstracts of manuscripts written in either Arabic or English the length of which should be no less than 150 words and no more than 200 words.

– Manuscripts should be no less than 10 pages and no more than 25 pages in length (A4, Arabic Simplified 14).
– Manuscripts submitted in English must be written in TIMES NEW ROMAN font, size 12.

– Manuscripts have to be sent via email to JOURNAL@MIU.EDU.LY following filling out the “request for publication” form.
– Name, area of study, degree, field of work, phone number and email address of the researcher(s) must be included with the research.
– The journal commits itself to notifying the researcher with the acceptance or rejection of his or her research, request modifications following evaluation, or a notification of the final acceptable version of the manuscript based on evaluation.
– The journal commits itself to emailing a copy of the manuscript following publication. The researcher has the right to download the whole issue in which his or her manuscript has been published. The publication fees, inside Libya, are 350 L.D. (200 L.D. in advance). Outside Libya, the fees are 300 USD of which 100 USD to be paid in advance and 200 USD upon approval of manuscript for publication.
